Born and raised in Uganda, they each have firsthand experience of the challenges inherent in personal and community development, particularly in the absence of supportive systems. Their personal journeys of self-discovery, spanning multiple continents, have ultimately led them to return to their homeland, driven by a profound commitment to contribute meaningfully to Uganda’s development.
As co-founders of Ayinza Qreatives, Monica and Emmy are resolute in their mission to equip young Africans with the requisite skills, knowledge, and innovative thinking necessary to address the continent’s most pressing challenges. They firmly believe that social entrepreneurship has the transformative power to improve the lives of young people, their families, and communities, thereby catalyzing sustainable development.
